For the Therapist: Since completing the Newcastle supervision course, in 2006, I have been offering supervision to clinicians who work within a Cognitive Behavioural Framework. I have now gained nearly 15 years experience supervising trainees, advanced practitioners and accredited therapists delivering CBT. I have been supervising the clinical staff at Lancaster University for many years and I have supervised students on a variety of different CBT courses in the North West undertaking degree and Post Graduate qualifications. Recently to ensure that my supervisory skills up to date I attended a five day workshop for the development of advanced skills in CBT supervision. I am happy to supervise students from a variety of educational institutions, but a rolling 3 month supervision contract will apply.
